英 会 話 講 師
就業時間：月曜～金曜（シフト制：夕方５時半・６時～夜9時半・10時）
おやこ・小学生ベーシック・大人：１時間/クラス、その他１時間半/クラス
時給制：1,000円～ ※経験・仕事内容・範囲・指導能力/子ども・保護者対応によって３カ月後から昇給
その他：

駐車場なし（コインパーキング使用。領収書提出後、給与と一緒に返金）

仕事の内容：
-
レッスンの準備、生徒の迎え入れ、レッスンの実施、見送り、報告
（最初は代表と外国人講師と一緒に、そして最終的にはその流れを一人で行うことが求められます。）

遊び・ゲームの実施（レッスン中）

保護者対応（レッスン中、送迎時、電話対応）

対象年齢：０～高齢者/０歳～６歳の幼児は親と一緒、学生（小中高）・大学生・大人は一クラス４人まで
必要な資格など：

資格的には必要なし
-
留学や海外での就労経験、英会話講師の経験必要なし
-
ただし、外国人講師とコミュニケーションができる英語力（文法・発音・流暢さ・文化）
-
英語圏の文化を感覚でわかっており生徒たちと共有できること
-
子どもと人が好きなことが大前提（自分の意見や知識ではなく、生徒の言動や考えに関心を寄せる）
-
遊びやゲームが好きなこと

子どもや生涯発達に関する知識と感覚（生徒の発達とレベルに対応する対応力と創造性）
その他：

代表は、できるだけ早く当教室とは別に法人を設立する計画をしており、当教室を代表なしでも進んでいくような形にすることを目指しています。それに伴い、現在週３日稼働しているところを、令和６年度は週５日稼働させたいと思っています。生徒数とクラス数が増えると、それだけ講師の収入も増えるという形になりますので、自身で運営するような気構えで勤務していただくと幸いです。
English Conversation Instructor
Working hours: Monday-Friday (shifts: From 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 or 10:00 p.m.)
parent-child classes, basic classes, adult classes: 1 hour/class, other classes: 1.5 hours/class
Hourly wage: 1,000 yen/hour～ *Pay raise starting after 3 months depending on experience, job description, responsibilities, and teaching/communication skills with children and parents
Other：

No insurance or benefits.

No parking (use coin parking. We will refund after the receipts are submitted.)

Commuting allowance is negotiable.
Job Descriptions：
-
Prepare lessons, welcome students, conduct lessons, see them off, and write reports
（At first, with a representative or a foreign instructor, and eventually the process must be done alone.）

Play with toys and games (during the lesson)

Parental support (during lessons, during pick-up and drop-off, and by phone)

Ages: 0 to elderly (Infants from 0 to 6 years old with their parents/ students (elementary, junior high, high school), college students, and adults up to 4 students per class.)
Requirements：

No licenses are required.
-
No experience in studying, working abroad, or teaching English is required.

However, English ability to communicate with foreign instructors is required. （grammar, pronunciation, fluency, culture）

A sense of English-speaking culture and the ability to share it.

Love children and people in general（Pay attention to what students say, do, and think, not to your own opinions or knowledge.）

Love to play with children, toys, and games

Knowledge and sense of child and life-long development（Responsiveness and creativity in dealing with students' development and English abilities）
Other：
The representative is planning to establish a corporation separate from the school as early as soon as possible and hoping that the school will be eventually run without the representative. To make it happen, we will have lessons five days a week in 2024 though we currently operate only three days a week. In addition, the more classes we have, the more the instructors will be able to earn. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you would work with the attitude that you would be managing the school yourself.
